- Description: We will make our best effort to resolve issues with individual nodes. Please note that due to potential incompatibilities between node models and regions, we cannot guarantee success or provide a warranty.
- Rate: Our standard hourly labour rate, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
- Estimated Time: Typically, it takes up to 30 minutes per node.
Full Factory Reset of the Entire System
- Description: We will perform a full factory reset of the entire Linksys Velop system. Similar to the individual node fixes, we cannot guarantee success or provide a warranty due to inherent system issues.
- Rate: Our standard hourly labour rate, with a minimum charge of 2 hours.
Replacement with a More Reliable System
- Description: We can replace your Linksys Velop system with a more reliable alternative that we have found to be more effective and stable.
- Starting Price: 2,500 AED for a 3-node system. Multiple options are available to suit your specific needs.
- Warranty: This option includes a 1-year guarantee from the time of installation, with free callouts within the warranty period.
