To ensure your account renewal is handled efficiently, please follow these steps based on your current access status to their support platform.
If You Are Already on the Nextcloud Talk Support Platform:
- Log in to the Support Platform: Ensure you are logged in to their support platform using your email address and your personal password you created when setting up your support account.
- Contact the Team: Send a message on the "DAILY TECH SUPPORT" channel.
- Request Assistance: Ask the team to direct you to the renewal team, who will assist you with the renewal process and will send you a payment link directly.
If You Are Not on the Support Platform or do not know your login details:
- Send a WhatsApp Message to the GMTV team with your account username and personal email address. Message us if you need their contact person's whatsapp number.
- Access Setup: They will set up your access to the support platform.
- Proceed with Renewal: Once on the platform, you can liaise with their team directly to take care of your renewal and send you a payment link.
Important Note:
- The team is not available on Whatsapp on Tuesdays or Fridays. If you are not already on the support platform please plan your inquiries accordingly.
